The Architect's Vision

A Tulum villa renovated into a hotel, with a later row of beach buildings

Lio Malca renovated a Tulum villa into the hotel. It opened with nine bedrooms in 2015, on a site along 180 metres of beach. A later row of two-storey buildings on the sand follows the same style, with full-height glass doors onto the beach and, in the villa, white walls and polished concrete floors.
