38 pool villas in the rainforest above Kamala, with clay cottages and tree houses on jungle paths
Architect Space designed Keemala, and Pisit Aongskultong of Pisud Design led the interiors. It opened on 1 December 2015. Thirty-eight pool villas sit in the rainforest on the hills above Kamala, linked by jungle paths. The Clay Pool Cottages are clad in clay-like cement and topped with synthetic thatch. The Tree Pool Houses are two-level pods of steel and curved synthetic rattan. The thatch and rattan are synthetic, chosen to last in the rain. Tent villas use a membrane roof.
Another Thailand stay in this directory is Cielo Samui.
