Zorba Tulum is an exclusive collection of holiday homes located on the beautiful beaches of Tulum, Mexico. They offer boutique-style homes for couples, families, or groups of friends. The houses share a large natural landscape on the beachfront property with a sanitized communal pool for guests only. The Villas vary in size from a 2BR Penthouse to a 5BR Villa with a private swimming pool. All our houses are located on the beach at KM9, in the heart of Tulum.

All the homes include kitchens.  Each home is fully furnished with towels, bed linen and beach towels provided. Your stay includes daily cleaning, groundskeepers who rake and sift the sand, and a concierge so you can fully relax from the moment you arrive. Zorba has friendly staff to welcome you and assist during the day and security at night to care for you during your stay. Professional chef services, private airport transfers, and massage are available upon request and the onsite Taco Bar offers breakfast and lunch items a la carte between 8:30 – 4pm daily.

The beach homes are in an area that is off-grid. It is not connected to municipal services. There is electricity for all your needs, including AC, but living off grid requires special attention. Some things will be different than you are used to, but this lends to Tulum’s unique charm.

Tulum, Mexico

Tulum in Mexico is one of the places that you simply have to see in Mexico. The place is a center of attraction for tourists from all over the world who want to get to know the culture of the ancient Maya in addition to a relaxing beach vacation. No place is better suited for this, because in addition to the famous Temple of the Wind – which I will show you in more detail in a moment – one of the most significant ruin sites in the world, the Mayan site Chichén Itzá, to which I have already dedicated a separate article in my travel magazine, is located near Tulum. The special thing about the Maya site in Tulum is that it is located directly on the sea, which was rather unusual for the buildings of the high culture of that time. Due to exactly this location directly at the sea, Tulum was a very important center for trade for the Maya.
